President Miller added a Finance Committee referral to CS FOR                  
HOUSE BILL NO. 109(FIN) An Act relating to the management                      
and disposal of state land and resources; relating to certain remote           
parcel and homestead entry land purchase contracts and patents; and            
providing for an effective date.                                               
                                                                               
Senator Sharp, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
Finance Committee referral be waived on the bill.  Without                     
objection, the bill was referred to the Rules Committee.
